Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. However, to ensure fairness to both clients and our team, the following cancellation policy applies: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service start time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the service start time will incur a 50% charge of the total service fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours (including same-day cancellations) will be charged 100% of the service fee.
